Hi Lilo! I didn't even know it was April Fools Day until I saw my bloggy. Mom thinks she's so funny!

In all seriousness, I was happy to get trashed for the oceans. No more plastic!

Hey Stubby,

Wow, that was cool... and sad. We have (had) a lot of sea otters near out house. But we haven't had a lot lately. Here's the article;

We hate that our oceans are being polluted. Thanks for posting this.

Ok Stubby, let me set things straights. Mum is a total, what I call Tree Huggers. She is always recycling and nagging dad about taking the cloth bags to the store. But mum is travelling and needs plastic bags for the suitcase. We don't have any cuz mum hates them! Anyways when she shopped at Walmart she didn't takes the cloth ones this time so she could get several bags. She said something about dirty clothes and wet swimsuits. Whatever, I am still pissed she didn't take me too!!!!!!

When she gets back I will do a posts about how even the company she works for has gone green. They don't throw anythings in the garbage, hardly!
You may also likes to hear that we live 5 minutes by car from the recycling depot which mum takes me to regularly. We will recycle the plastic bags there when she comes back from her trip. Again.... DId I mention I am mad she didn't gets me a ticket too!

Mum says that where we live is one of the most environmentally conscious provinces in Canada and it is probably because we live on the west coast that has so much greenery, rainforests and sensitive environments.

Anyways I thoughts I would fill you in on Mum's reason for the plastic baggies, not mines as I was not included to come alongs on this trip. Can you tell I am still upsets!

Hi Tweedles! I'm definitely helping and working to keep trash out of the oceans. Lots of our little friends live in the oceans and if people put plastic in the oceans, then our friends will die. I don't want anything happening to our friends and I know you don't either. What's a Tweedles to do? Spread the message!

Hi dw! Wasn't it fun to get bagged? Mom said that back in the 80's she was half in the bag. I have no idea what that means but I don't think it has anything to do with plastic.

Hi Stella, Gunther & Betty! Thanks for sharing that news article. It's so sad that the sea otters are in trouble. I sure hope you'll spread the word about recycling plastic so that we can keep it out of the oceans.

Hi Apollo! Mom has a way of making a point, doesn't she? I think I'm going to bag her Facebook page. That'll show her!

Hi Melissa & Emmitt! You guys are cool too! I sure hope there's going to be recycling containers at Partypalooza. And of course, bottled water is not invited.

Hi Winston! Thanks so much for clearing up the plastic bag fiasco. I was so worried that your mom always gets plastic bags from the store. I kind of understand that wet and dirty clothes thing but there has to be an alternative to disposable plastic bags. Hmmm.

I can't wait to see your post about how you mom's company has gone green. It's going to be cool to let everyone know that it can and is being done. All companies can go green.

I totally don't blame you for being mad at your mom because she didn't get you a ticket. I hope she knows that you're going to have a great time with your dad the week she's gone. She's going to miss you something bad!
